“Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”
— Psalm 46:10
Reflection
We live in a world that never stops demanding our attention. Notifications, obligations, urgency. But God's invitation is almost countercultural: be still. Not passive — present. There is a difference between doing nothing and being still before God. Stillness is a posture of trust. It says: I believe you are in control, and I don't need to manufacture an outcome. Today, find one moment — even sixty seconds — where you are not scrolling, not planning, not rehearsing. Just present.
Today's Action Step
